On behalf of Favero Dental we are really looking forward to seeing you for your Dental appointment. Please be sure to arrive in good time, at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to avoid any unnecessary disruptions. Because we want to see you, we make every effort to get you to your appointment, therefore, you will also receive a complimentary text message within 48 hours of your appointment as a further reminder. Finally, you will also receive a complimentary telephone call within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please would you be so kind as to call, or email, the practice on 0207 3231960 / should you feel that you CANNOT attend your appointment for any reason and need to reschedule. Keeping your appointment time is really important for the practice and for your future appointment scheduling so that you and other patients are in no-way inconvenienced, the preparation of the surgeries are not disrupted, and available appointment slots can be filled. We therefore adopt a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy at the Favero Dental (also found on our website: ).

Please be advised that:

In the event of a cancellation please allow 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will incur a £50.00 charge per 30 minutes.


If payment is not made as per our terms within 60 days, then we reserve the right to refer the matter to an external third party debt collector and you agree that all costs incurred in respect of the same can be recovered from you and will be added to the debt to be recovered.
